About Me

I help people reconnect with themselves through the beauty of making giant flowers (and small ones too)—one petal at a time.
For a long time, I worked in healthcare—first in medical imaging, then as a certified health and nutrition coach. People came to me for physical reasons: pain, injury, weight struggles. But what they often needed most wasn’t treatment—it was connection. They were overwhelmed, unmotivated, burned out. And underneath it all, they were quietly searching for something to bring them back to life.
I saw it in them because I felt it too.
That’s what led me to creativity. What started as a quiet escape became something transformational. When I made flowers—cutting, shaping, bringing something beautiful to life—I felt calm, grounded, and inspired again. It wasn’t just crafting. It was care.
And there’s science behind it. Dopamine—the feel-good chemical in our brain—spikes during moments of creativity, not just productivity. Unlike short bursts from things like exercise, creativity offers sustained emotional benefit. Neuroscientist Dr. Tara Swart said, “Once we give ourselves permission to open up and play with lots of potential ideas and possibilities, creativity rewards us—enabling us to spot opportunities in unlikely places.”
The world needs this. According to recent statistics, 1 in 4 adults in the UK experiences a mental health problem each year. Entire charities are now built around using creativity to support mental health because the evidence is so clear: making things heals us.
That’s why I now design and sell flower templates, teach tutorials, and share the deeper message behind it all—because this isn’t just about making something pretty. It’s about remembering who you are.
Whether you’re here to explore a new creative outlet, build a small business, or find a moment of calm in your day—you’re in the right place.
Because what the hands make, the heart remembers.
Thank you for being here. I’m so glad you found your way to my little corner of the internet.
